Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026. This policy covers the FLUX game at fluxclash.com and its mobile apps.

What we collect

• Account data — if you create an account: your email address, a password (stored hashed by our database provider, never readable by us), and the fighter name you choose.
• Game progress — your XP, coins, ranked rating, match wins and losses, quests, and cosmetic unlocks, saved so your progress follows you between devices.
• Technical basics — standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
• Visit counts — we count visits ourselves, on our own server, with no cookies and no third-party service: a running total of how many people opened a page, never a profile, and nothing stored that could identify you or follow you anywhere else.

What we do NOT do

• No ad networks, no third-party advertising, no tracking pixels. The optional Sponsor break inside the game shows FLUX's own promos - our shop, or an invite to play with a friend. It loads nothing from anyone else and reports nothing about you.
• No selling or sharing of your data with anyone.
• No tracking across other apps or websites.
• No collection of contacts, location, photos, or anything beyond the list above.

Where it lives

Account data and game progress are stored with Supabase, our database provider, protected by row-level security so each player can only reach their own data. You can play without an account — then everything stays on your own device.

Deleting your account

Open the game → account panel → Delete my account. Your profile and all your progress are erased immediately. The game then tells you one of two things. Usually your sign-in record goes with it and the account is completely gone. If it says removing your sign-in record needs one more step on our side, email us at the address below and we will finish it by hand - your progress and profile are already gone at that point, and the only thing left is the login itself. You can also skip the in-game route entirely and email us to have the whole account deleted for you.

Children

FLUX does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Accounts are optional and require only an email.
