Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026. These terms cover the FLUX game at fluxclash.com and its mobile apps. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play.

Playing FLUX

FLUX is free to play in your browser and in our apps. You can play without an account; your progress then stays on your own device. If you create an account, keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

If you are under 18, please check these terms with a parent or guardian before you create an account.

Fair play

Play fair and treat other players with respect. Please don't:

• cheat, use bots, scripts or modified clients, or exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
• attack, overload or try to get around the security of the game or its servers;
• choose a fighter name that is offensive, impersonates someone, or includes someone else's personal details;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players.

We may reset progress, remove names, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

Coins and other in-game items

Coins, XP, ranks, cosmetics and other in-game items exist only inside the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be sold or transferred outside the game. We may rebalance or change them as the game evolves.

Any purchase inside our iOS app is made through Apple and is also covered by Apple's terms. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple.

Our game and content

FLUX, its fighters, names, art, music, code and story belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to play the game for your own entertainment. Please don't copy, resell or redistribute the game or its content.

Changes and availability

FLUX is a live game. We update it often: champions, abilities, balance and features can change, and the game can be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it.

Your consumer rights

The game is provided as is. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of in-game progress or items.

Your data

How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from the account panel in the game.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
